Create Your Account

Once the app is installed, open it and create your account by entering the required personal details. This process is quick and ensures that your information is secure. After registration, you’ll be ready to explore the full range of our marketplace's features.

Start Bidding

With your account set up, you're now ready to start bidding on items of interest. Browse through various categories or search for specific items. When you find an item you’re interested in, click on it to view the detailed information. You'll see the current offer price along with a "Place Offer" button. Simply enter the price you’re willing to pay and submit your offer. You can also view offers made by other potential buyers to get a sense of competition. Now, wait for the seller’s response to see if your bid is accepted. If your offer is accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email and an in-app notification on your app to get into private messaging between you and the seller which you will communicate privately regarding the offer.

Subscribe to Sell

If you're looking to sell items, you’ll need to subscribe by choosing one of our flexible packages that suit your selling needs. Click on the "Sell" button to view our available subscription options, ranging from basic to platinum, depending on the number of items you plan to list. Select the package that works for you and follow the easy payment process to activate your seller account.

List Your Items

Once subscribed as a seller, you can begin listing items. Choose the appropriate category for your product, then fill in the details such as item photos, a clear description, minimum buying price, minimum selling price, and your location. When all the information is complete, click the "Upload Item" button. After submission, our team will review your item to ensure it meets our marketplace standards. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your item will be live for bidding and purchase.

You’ll be prompted to enter your personal details, such as your name, email address, and a secure password. Once you fill in the required information, click "Submit." An email verification link will be sent to your registered email address. Follow the instructions in the email to verify your account. After verification, you can log in and start using the app.

If you forget your password, simply go to the login page of the app and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. You will be asked to enter your registered email address. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Follow the link in the email to create a new password. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder, or ensure that you’ve entered the correct email associated with your account.

The bidding process is straightforward. Once you find an item you’re interested in, click on it to view its details, including the current offer price. You will see a "Place Offer" button. Click this button and enter the price you’re willing to pay. After submitting your offer, it will be sent to the seller for consideration. You can also see other offers made by potential buyers, which helps you gauge competition. If your bid is accepted by the seller, you will be notified through the app and via email. Remember to check back frequently to stay updated on your bids!
